WORCESTER, Mass. - Senior goalkeeper Carly McCabe (Barrington, R.I.) has been named the GoHolyCross.com Crusader of the Week, for competition from August 25-31. McCabe helped lead the Holy Cross women's soccer team to a 2-0 record in a pair of games last week.

During Monday's 5-0 victory over LIU Brooklyn, McCabe played 60:51 of shutout time in goal, while making one save. She then earned a shutout in the 3-0 win at New Hampshire on Thursday, making three saves in a complete 90-minute effort.

On the season, McCabe stands 3-0 with 10 saves, and has not allowed a goal in 240:51 of action. Over the course of her collegiate career, she has a 12-28-7 record 272 saves and a 1.09 goals against average.

The Crusaders (3-0 overall) return to action on Tuesday, Sept. 2, when they travel to Bryant for a 4:00 p.m. game.
