Men's Soccer Places 15 on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
WORCESTER, Mass. – Fifteen members of the Holy Cross men’s soccer team have been named to the 2018 Patriot League Academic Honor, as announced by the league office today [Jan. 30]. The team added seven more student-athletes to the honor roll, after eight members making it in 2016.
The Crusaders recorded 12 student-athletes to make the Honor Roll for the first time in their careers. Holy Cross was led by Liam Butler, who recorded a 3.93 GPA as an accounting major.
Four members of the senior class made the Honor Roll: Mason Brummett, Eoin Houlihan, R.J. Place, and Henry Stutz. Brummett earned a spot for the second time in his career while Houlihan, Place, and Stutz are all first-time honorees.
As juniors, Liam Butler, Bobby Hurstak, and Luka Milidragovic earned spots. Butler and Milidragovic have been selected for the third time and Hurstak made the Honor Roll for the first time. Sophomores Max Benford, Max Krause, Edi Mujan, Nick Hellmann-Rhodes, and Jacob Wright, all making the Honor Roll for the first time. As freshman, Nic Andre, Dylan Scanley, and Alex Swarcewicz each made the Honor Roll.
