Holy Cross & NESN Announce New Broadcast Partnership
WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross Athletics and NESN (New England Sports Network) have announced a new agreement that will see numerous Crusader athletics events broadcast on NESN or NESNplus during the 2018-2019 academic year.
“We are excited to announce this partnership, as this collaboration will raise the profile and visibility of the College and our athletics programs while providing NESN with engaging, close-to-home content that matters to its viewers,” said Holy Cross Director of Athletics Nathan Pine. “NESN’s reach and reputation, coupled with our first-class productions, will enhance the Holy Cross brand regionally and nationally. We look forward to a very successful partnership that will continue to grow into the future.”
In total, 15 basketball and ice hockey games will be broadcast live on NESN or NESNplus this year, with every game also available on NESNgo and select games available on NESN National. All telecasts will be produced as part of the Patriot League Network slate by Holy Cross’ video and network production department.
NESN and NESNplus are available throughout the six-state New England region (except Fairfield County, CT). For a complete channel listing in your area, click here.
NESN National is available outside New England, providing fans access to the region's top sports programming. NESN consistently ranks among the top regional sports networks in the country. All NESN games will simulcast on NESN National unless a Boston Bruins pre/postgame show is scheduled at the same time.
Holy Cross fans can watch all 15 games live anytime, anywhere they go with NESNgo, NESN’s in-market live streaming service for fans who already have NESN on their TV channel lineup. Fans can download the NESNgo app or visit NESNgo.com and sign in with their TV provider username and password to watch.
For those who live outside the NESN market, live streaming of these games will be available through the Patriot League Network.
