WORCESTER, Mass. – The Holy Cross field hockey team will host Bucknell in a must-win game this Saturday in order to keep its postseason hopes alive.
“This game holds quite a bit of gravity for our postseason play,” head coach Lindsay Jackson said. “We are focused and prepared and ready to work for it.”
A win on Saturday would push the Crusaders to 3-2 and create the possibility of a three-way tie between themselves, Layette, and Bucknell for the final two playoff spots. A loss would knock them out of contention.
