4x100 meter relay (outdoor) – 46.43 (Patriot League Outdoor Championship – 5/4/19)

 2019 Outdoor (Senior):

  • Placed seventh in the 4x100 in a time of 46.83 at the ECAC Outdoor Championships (5/11).
  • Helped break a school record in the 4x100 meter relay in a time of 46.43 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships, earning All-Patriot League second team honors with a runner-up finish (5/4).
  • Had a personal best of 12.14 to place eighth in the 100 meters while placing 14th in the 200 meters (25.79) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/3-4).
  • Placed second in the 100 meters, running a time of 12.41, at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20). 

2018-2019 Indoor (Senior):

  • Placed ninth in the 60 meters (7.88) and 20th in the 200 (25.97) at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/16-17).
  • Placed 13th in the 60 meters (7.96) and 26th in the 200 meters (26.45) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships (2/1).
  • Placed second in the 200 meters (27.03) at a dual meet with UNH (1/19).

2018 Outdoor (Junior):

  • Placed eighth in the 4x100 relay, running a 46.70, at the ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/12).
  • Placed 15th in the 100 meters (12.35), 18th in the 200 meters (26.17) and fourth in the 4x100 (47.70) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/4).

2017-2018 Indoor (Junior):

  • Placed ninth in the 60 meters (7.75) and 21st in the 200 meters (26.16) at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/17).
  • Placed 13th in the 60 meters (7.94) and 23rd in the 200 (26.50) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships (2/2).

• An Emerging Leader in the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2016-2017:

  • Competed in the 55, 60, 200 and 400-meter dashes, the 4 x 100 and the 4 x 400-meter Relays.
  • Recorded career-best times in the 55-meter dash (7.43) at UNH vs Holy Cross (1/21), in the 60-meter dash (7.81) at the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/17) and in the 200-meter dash (25.31) at the Boston University David Henry Valentine Inv. (2/10).
  • Broke Holy Cross record in the 4 x 100-meter Relay (46.93) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invite and finished first overall.
  • Re-set the 4 x 100-meter Relay Holy Cross record (46.44) at the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships, placing third.
  • Finished seventh in 60-meter dash (7.88) at the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships.
  • Placed 11th in the 4 x 400-meter Relay (3:59.81) at the NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships.
  • Qualified for the IC4A/Eastern College Athletic Conference and finished seventh in the 4 x 100-meter Relay (47.04).

2015-2016:

  • Ran as a member of the 4x100m relay team that posted a team-best time of 47.75 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/6).
  • Competed in 55, 60, 100 and 200-meter dashes.
  • Recorded season-best time in the 55m (7.53) at New Hampshire (1/16), in the 60m (7.96) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (2/19), in the 100m (12.29) and 200m (25.90)  at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/6).

Before Holy Cross:

  • Competed in four varsity seasons for Maple Hill track and field.
  • Team captain in 2014 and 2015.
  • Patroon Conference MVP in 2014 and 2015.
  • First Team Patroon Conference All-Star 2013.
  • Athlete of the Week for Troy Record 2014 and Times Union Honor Roll 2014.
  • Team won Patroon Conference Championship in 2013 and 2014, Section II Group 5 Championship 2014 and 2015, and Section II Group 4 Championship in 2013.
  • Set school record in the 100 m at 12.44 s, 200 m at 25.94 s and the 4x100 m  at 49.65.
  • Competed in two seasons of bowling and four seasons of soccer.
  • Team captain for soccer in 2013 and 2014.
  • For soccer, Scholar Athlete all four seasons and Team MVP in 2014.
  • First Team Patroon Conference Conference All-Star in 2013 and 2014.
  • Class C First Team All-Star in 2013 and 2014, and Fifth Team All-State 2014.
  • Set school record with two goals in 11 seconds.
  • Lead team in goals scored in 2013 and 2014.
  • Student of the Month in 2014, National Honor Society member and New York State Student-Athlete Award recipient in 2014.
