Women's Rowing Places 19 on Patriot League Honor Roll

WORCESTER, Mass. – The Holy Cross women’s rowing team placed 19 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. Three Crusaders recorded a 4.00 GPA: Amanda McClure as an accounting major, Caroline Quinn as an international studies major, and Tyler Sparling as a biology major.

Seniors Lizzie Douglass, McClure, Karson Silver, and Tyler Sparling were named to the Honor Roll. It is the fourth time for Sparling, the second time for Douglass and McClure, and the first time for Silver. Maegan Moriarty and Kate Hegermiller represented the junior class while sophomores Michaela Boyle, Paige Cohen, Madeline Downey, Elizabeth Keleher, Carrie Malatesta, and Quinn were named to the Honor Roll.

Six freshman were named to the Honor Roll: Julia Anthony, Anne Comcowich, Julia Covelle, Shea Kirby, Lili Montanari, and Grace Rett.

To be eligible for the Patriot League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League’s winter or spring championship sports.
