Holy Cross Finishes 10th at Central Connecticut Mini Meet

Final Results

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. – Sophomore Elizabeth Graves finished 35th overall with a time of 11:02.8 on the three-kilometer course, as the Holy Cross women’s cross country team placed 10th out of 14 schools at the Central Connecticut Mini Meet. The Crusaders finished with a total of 260 points as a team, while Providence captured the team title with 20 points. Abbey Wheeler of the Providence won the individual title with a time of 9:48.9.

Freshman Emily Foley earned a 39th place finish with a time of 11:04.6, while sophomore Alyson Walsh came in 59th in a time of 11:23.1. Sophomore Claire Hanlon finished in 62nd place (11:25.3), and freshman Jacqueline Harrington was 65th (11:28.8).

The Crusaders return to action on Saturday, Oct. 27, when they take part in the Patriot League Championship in Lewisburg, Pa.
