2011 Holy Cross Women's Cross Country Schedule

WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross athletic director Richard M. Regan, Jr. and Richard L. Ahern '51 Director of Cross Country, Track and Field Jim Kavanagh have announced the Holy Cross men's and women's cross country schedules for the 2011 season.

Both teams are set to compete in 11 meets this season. The Crusaders will kick off the season at the Blue Devil Invitational at Central Connecticut on September 2, followed by the Northeastern Invitational (Sept. 3). Following the Bryant Invitational (Sept. 10), the Crusaders will then compete in the National Catholic Championship at Notre Dame (Sept. 16) and the UMass-Dartmouth Invitational (Sept. 17). Holy Cross concludes the month of September with the Paul Short Invitational at Lehigh (Sept. 30).

The Crusaders return to action with the New England Championship in Boston (Oct. 8), with selected runners then taking part in the Pre-National Invitational at Indiana State (Oct. 16). Holy Cross will then head to Lehigh for the Patriot League Championship on Oct. 29. The Crusaders' schedule ends with the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 12) and the IC4A and ECAC Championships (Nov. 20).
