WORCESTER, Mass. – On Friday and Saturday, Oct. 11-12, the Holy Cross volleyball team will hold the "Pink For A Purpose" event at its matches against Navy and Lafayette, both at the Holy Cross Field House. The Navy match is on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and the Lafayette contest is on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. The Crusaders are raising money for Pink Revolution online. PINK Revolution is a group of dedicated individuals with a strong commitment to those effected by breast cancer. Its mission is to support early detection and prevention strategies, fund clinical research advancements and promote survivorship programs in Central Mass., through its affiliation with the UMass Memorial Comprehensive Breast Center.
