HC's Olivia Pruszko Claims Patriot League Indoor Track Title

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - Junior Olivia Pruszko (Monroe, Conn.) repeated as Patriot League Champion in the pentathlon Friday, Feb. 20 at the Patriot League Indoor Championships held at Navy's Wesley A. Brown Field House in Annapolis, Md. Pruszko claimed first with 3,432 points, winning the first Championship title of the weekend and earning First-Team All-Patriot League honors.
Pruszko won the 800 meter run with a time of 2:22.10, took third in the long jump with a distance of 5.21 meters, placed fourth in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.57, fourth in the shot put with a distance of 9.58 meters and took second in the high jump with a height of 1.59 meters.
The Crusaders are currently in second place with 10 points, while Navy leads with 14. Lehigh is in third place with six points and Army is in fourth with one. Holy Cross will continue competition at the Patriot League Indoor Championships on Saturday, Feb. 21 starting at 8:45 a.m.
