Women's Track & Field Announces Freshman Commitments

WORCESTER, Mass.­ Holy Cross head women's track and field coach Egetta Alfonso has announced the first new members of the 2014 freshman class. Jamison Briggs (Keene, N.H.), Meghan Dietter (Sherman, Conn.), Alanna Hitscherich (Sussex, N.J.), Hannah Jeter (Eden Prairie, Minn.), Zoe Matherne (Camp Hill, Pa.) and Victoria Zamarra (Manalapan, N.J.) will join the Holy Cross program in the 2014-2015 academic year.

"I'm very pleased to welcome one of the most talented groups of incoming freshman in my time at Holy Cross," said Alfonso. "This is a well-rounded group who will add depth and have an immediate impact on our team." The full class of incoming women's track and field freshmen will be announced later this spring.
