Before Holy Cross: Three-year member of the varsity track and field teams at Ledyard High School under head coach David Tetlow... won All-Conference and All-Area honors 2009-2011...set indoor school records in the 55, 300 and as part of the 4x180 relay team...set outdoor school records in the 100, 200 and as part of the 4x400 relay team...also lettered in soccer, serving as team captain in 2011...member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of James and Robin Loy...has one brother (Ian) and two sisters (Carly and Ally)...has not yet declared a major.
