Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of the indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Clarkstown North High School under coaches Adam Shavitz, Heidi Bernasconi, Ed Benvenuto and Pete Rodrigues…  named team captain in 2011 and 2012…selected co-MVP of the indoor season in 2012…named Clarkstown North Spring Athlete of the Season in 2012…holds school records in the  400 and as part of the 4x400 relay team…also a four-year member of the varsity cross country team, winning the Coaches Award in 2011 and 2012…member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Lawrence and Veronica Kay… Has one brother (Brian)...has not yet declared a major.
