2011: Competed in the shot put, weight throw, discus throw, hammer throw and javelin…placed fifth at New Hampshire (Jan. 22) in the shot put with a season-best distance of 10.63 meters…finished in fourth place in the weight throw with a distance of 12.01 meters at Maine (Feb. 5)…season-best distance of 39.13 meters in the hammer throw, finishing in seventh place at the UNH Wildcat Invitational (April 9)…competed in the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 7) in the discus throw, recording a distance of 36.40 meters, finishing in 14th place.

Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of the varsity outdoor track and field team at Scarborough captain senior was state champions in 2007, 2008 and 2010...named first team All-State in 2009 and 2010...received All-State honorable mention in 2008...named first team SMAA in 2009 and 2010...also a four-year member of the varsity basketball captain senior was league and state champions in 2010...named first team All-State in 2009 and 2010...first team SMAA in 2009 and 2010...honorable mention SMAA in 2008...named team MVP all four years...member of Key Club and National Honor Society.
