Scoreboard: 48th of 58 at ECAC Outdoor

- The Holy Cross women's track and field team concluded the 2008-2009 season at the ECAC Outdoor Championship in Princeton, N.J. The Crusaders finished 48th out of 58 teams. Junior Tiffany Reid (Poughkeepsie, N.Y.) will represent Holy Cross at the NCAA East Regional on May 29-30 in Greensboro, N.C.
- At the ECAC Outdoor Championship, senior Lesley Bautista (St. John's, Newfoundland) tied her own school record in the pole vault with a height of 3.75 meters. Bautista teamed with Reid, sophomore M. Siobhan Straub (Mattituck, N.Y.) and sophomore Caitlin White (Miller Place, N.Y.) to place 20th in the 4x100 meter relay, finishing with a time of 47.91 seconds. Reid placed 15th in the 200 meter dash in a time of 24.59 seconds and 17th in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.11 seconds.
- This season, Reid finished first in the 200 and set a new school record in the 100 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship. Reid's first place finish in the 200 qualified her for the NCAA East Regional and her time of 11.84 seconds in the 100 set a new school record.
- Bautista received the John A. Meegan Athletic Achievement Award. The award was presented at the 54th annual Holy Cross Varsity Club dinner, held at the Hogan Campus Center on Satruday, May 2. Bautista was also named the Patriot League Field Performer of the Week twice, on January 27 and April 21, for her performance in the pole vault.
