- The Holy Cross women's tennis team split their two matches this past week with a 5-2 home win against Hartford on Wednesday Sept. 27 and a 7-0 loss to Providence on Saturday Sept. 29. The match scheduled for Friday Sept. 28 against Bryant has been postponed to a later date.
- The Crusaders will continue their fall slate with two matches this week. They will travel to Bryant on Monday Oct. 1 at 3:00 p.m. and they will host Stonehill on Wednesday Oct. 3 at 3:30 p.m.
- Freshman Abby Henry (Wellesley, Mass) captured both a No. 3 singles victory and a No. 2 doubles win against Hartford on 9/27. Her overall record on the season now stands at 4-0 in singles and 5-2 in doubles with freshman Addie Devine (Portland, Maine).
- First-year Jaclyn Carroll (Tewksbury, Mass) won her No. 1 singles match and the No. 1 doubles match with junior Maya Welch (Rye, N.Y.) versus Hartford. Her singles record improves to 2-2, while her doubles record with Welch goes to 4-3.
