The Holy Cross women's swimming and diving team travels to West Point, N.Y. on November 5 for a 6:00 p.m. match up against Army.
The Crusaders fell to Springfield, 170-130, on Wednesday, Oct. 29 in Troy, N.H.
Junior diver Rachael Martinez (Chelmsford, Mass.) was a double event winner for the Crusaders. Martinez finished first against Siena in the one meter and three meter dive with scores of 209.03 and 215.48.
Junior Maggie Gousman (Fanwood, N.J.) finished first in the 100 yard breaststroke (1:10.38) and the 200 yard breaststroke (2:16.32). This is the third time this season that Gousman has won multiple events for Holy Cross.
Freshman Maggie Beaudouin (Madison, N.J.) also was a double event winner, touching the wall first in the 200 yard backstroke (2:16.32) and the 500 yard freestyle (5:24.22).
Also finishing first for Holy Cross was freshman Annie O'Shea (Washington, D.C.) in the 200 yard butterfly (2:12.23).
