Crusaders To Compete At Terrier Invitational This Weekend

  • The Holy Cross women's swimming and diving team (0-4 overall, 0-1 Patriot League) returns to the pool on Friday, Nov. 18 for the Terrier Invitational hosted by Boston University at Competition Pool in Boston, Mass. 
  • The Crusaders return to action after a 20 day break looking to record more top times before the end of the fall semester. Senior Annie O'Shea (Washington, D.C) is 14th in the Patriot League in the 400 Free (4:56.51) and 20th in the 200 Fly (2:16.08), junior Natalie Livingston (Auburn, Wash.) ranks 18th in the 100 Breast (1:11.48), junior Katelyn Desrosiers (Gorham, Maine) is 20th in the 200 Breast (2:35.91) and junior Kristen Desrosiers (Gorham, Maine) owns the 20th best time in league for the 200 IM (2:17.0).
  • At the 2010 Terrier Invitational, the women's strongest finishes came in the relay events. In the 200 free relay, the  Desrosiers sisters , O'Shea and senior Maggie Beaudouin (Madison, N.J.) placed 12th with a time of 1:45.18. The same team of four also finished 12th in the 400 Medley relay with a time of 4:07.28.
