Crusaders Break From Competition, Turn Focus Towards Terrier Invitational

  • The Holy Cross women's swimming and diving team (0-4 overall, 0-1 Patriot League) will take a break from competition, returning to the pool for the Terrier Invitational on Nov. 18.
  • Senior Maggie Beaudouin (Madison, N.J.) had a strong week in the pool for the Crusaders by winning the 100 back against Siena and then finishing with a pair of second place finishes in the 100 and 200 back against Springfield.
  • Senior Annie O'Shea (Washington, D.C) and junior Kristen Desrosiers (Gorham, Maine) both claimed race victories against Springfield. O'Shea touched the wall first in the 200 fly and Desrosiers won the 200 IM. Desrosiers also had a second place finish in the 200 free and a third place finish in the 100 free.
