Crusaders Break From Competition, Turn Focus Towards Terrier Invitational

  • The Holy Cross women's swimming and diving team (0-4 overall, 0-1 Patriot League) will take a break from competition, returning to the pool for the Terrier Invitational on Nov. 19.
  • Sophomore sisters Katelyn Desrosiers (Gorham, Maine) and Kristen Desrosiers (Gorham, Maine) have combined for multiple wins for the Crusaders. Against Siena, Kristen finished first in the 1,000 free, third in the 100 fly and first in the 200 IM, while Katelyn led the Crusaders with a fourth place finish in the 100 breast and a third place finish in the 200 breast. The pair teamed up in Holy Cross' second place finish in the 200 medley relay against Springfield, while Kristen finished first in the 200 IM, second in the 1,000 and Katelyn took second in the 100 and 200 breast.
