WORCESTER, Mass. - Sophomore Annie O'Shea (Washington, D.C.) has been named the AT&T Crusader of the Week, for competition from February 15-21. O'Shea had strong showings in four events, as the Holy Cross women's swimming and diving team finished in eighth place at the Patriot League Championship.
During the Patriot League Championship, O'Shea set a new school record in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:09.33. She was also a member of the 800-yard freestyle relay team, which broke the school record in a time of 7:55.27. In addition, O'Shea swam a career-best time in the 500-yard freestyle (5:18.15) and a season-best time in the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.74).
