Crusaders Set For Terrier Invitational

  • The Holy Cross women's swimming and diving team will travel to the Terrier Invitational hosted by Boston University on Friday-Saturday, November 20-22 in Boston, Mass.
  • At last year's Terrier Invitational, senior Maggie Gousman (Fanwood, N.J.) led the Crusaders with two top 16 finishes. In the 100 breast Gousman finished in eighth place with a time of 1:07.99 and 14th place in the 200 breast in 2:28.97.
  • Last week against Army, multiple members of the swim team had personal-best performances. Sophomore Maggie Beaudouin (Madison, N.J.) swam a personal-best in the 100 back (1:06.42) and in the 400 IM (4:56.90), senior Alisha Carrazza (Boonton Township, N.J.) had a top time in the 400 IM (4:57.41), junior Gael Carter (Tampa, Fla.) swam a time of 28.48 in the 50 fly, rookie Jill Chudwick (Farmington, Conn.) had top times in the 50 free (27.49) and 500 free (5:34.99), sisters Katelyn and Kristen Desrosiers (Gorham, Maine) each had personal-best times, Katelyn in the 50 breast (35.63) and 100 breast (1:15.10) and Kristen in the 100 free (57.60), 200 free (2:04.37) and 400 IM (4:56.17), freshman Samantha Hullihen (Pelham, N.J.) swam a top time in the 50 fly with a time of 29.22, sophomore Kendra Kline (Queensburg, N.Y.) in the 500 free (5:42.19) and 400 IM (5:05.24), rookie Natalie Livingston (Auburn, Wash.) in the 50 breast with a time of 34.58, junior Erin Meegan (Woodbine, Md.) in the 1,000 with a time of 11:29.13, sophomore Annie O'Shea (Washington, D.C.) in the 1,000 with a time of 11:15.70, sophomore Madison Walsh (Ridgefield, Conn.) in the 1,000 with a time of 11:53.20 and freshman Andrea Wiegman (Latham, N.Y.) in the 50 fly with a time of 31.82.
