  • Holy Cross will travel to Harvard on April 23 for a doubleheader starting at 3:00 p.m. The Crusaders will then hit the road for their last Patriot League regular season games, traveling to Bethlehem, Pa. for a four-game series with Lehigh on April 25-26. First pitch is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. on both days.

  • Last season against Lehigh, the Crusaders split with the Mountain Hawks, winning the second game on both days. Junior Dettey Audette (New Bedford, Mass.) earned the win in both games.

  • Last weekend, Lehigh clinched a spot in the Patriot League tournament, while Holy Cross is looking to make the tournament for the first time since 2003. The Crusaders are currently tied for fourth place with Bucknell with a Patriot League record of 6-10. The top four teams earn a spot at the tournament.

  • Against Lafayette, freshman Camille Trainor (Worcester, Mass.) picked up her first career win on the mound in the first game on Sunday. Trainor pitched three and one third innings, allowing just one run on four hits.

  • Freshman Nicole Ortiz (Whittier, Calif.) hit her first career home run in the first game against Lafayette on Sunday afternoon.

  • Three Crusaders, junior Tiffany Medwid (Imperial, Pa.), freshman Gwen Reimer (Pottsville, Pa.) and Audette, are currently tied for second on the Holy Cross single-season stolen base record list with 14. Jamie Olenoski currently holds the record with 18 stolen bases in the 1998 season.
