
Kate Haber is in her first season as the assistant softball
coach at Holy Cross in 2009. Haber comes to Holy Cross from the
University of Vermont where she was a four-year letter winner on
the Catamounts softball team. While at Vermont, Haber started at
shortstop, finishing her career as the school's all-time leader in
hits and games played. Haber also places in the top five for total
bases, stolen bases, walks, runs and runs batted in. Haber
graduated from Vermont in the spring of 2008 with a degree in
Sociology and Political Science. While at UVM, she was a member of
the NCAA DI Athletics Certification Committee, the Student-Athlete
Advisory Council and a volunteer at the King Street Youth Center.
