Women's Rowing Hosts New Hampshire And Williams

The Holy Cross women’s rowing team will host New Hampshire and Williams on Saturday, April 4 at 8:00 a.m. and then will head on the road for its first away regatta at Massachusetts on Sunday, April 5 at 8:00 a.m.
Last season against New Hampshire and Williams, the Crusaders finished second in the second varsity eight with a time of 7:22.6, behind first place Williams (7:05.2), while New Hampshire rounded out the race in third place (7:32.5). Holy Cross also placed second in the third varsity eight (7:17.5), as Williams finished with a first place time of 7:13.1.
On Saturday, March 28, the varsity eight boat placed first in their race with a time of 6:54.0, followed by Wesleyan (6:58.4), Mt. Holyoke (7:07.0) and Coast Guard (7:11.6). The second varsity eight squad finished their race with a first place time of 7:21.8, followed by Mt. Holyoke (7:32.0), Coast Guard (7:39.1) and Wesleyan (7:40.4).
On Sunday, March 29, the second varsity eight boat grabbed a first place finish with a time of 7:23, followed by Radcliffe (7:29.1) and Smith (7:36.8).
