Women’s Rowing Competes At Knecht Cup

WEST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, N.J. – The Holy Cross women's rowing team competed at the Knecht Cup on Saturday on Mercer Lake.  

The varsity eight competed in the first heat and placed fifth out of five boats with a time of 7:13.06 as the Crusaders did not qualify for the semifinals. Tulsa won the heat with a time of 6:54.70.

The second varsity eight rowed in the second heat placing fifth out of six boats with a time of 7:26.94 and also did not qualify for the semifinals. Boston College won the heat with a time of 7:03.51.  

The Crusaders return to action on Saturday, April 19 when they host Boston College and UConn on Lake Quinsigamond.
