Connecticut to win the Irving-Christensen Cup (April 17), defeated
UMass (April 23) in a dual-race, placed fourth at the Patriot
League Championship (April 24) and finished fifth at the New
England Championship (April 30)…was named to the inaugural
Patriot League All-Academic team…earned Collegiate Rowing
Coaches Association (CRCA) National Scholar-Athlete
honors…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2009-2010: Rowed with the varsity eight in all 14 races…helped varsity eight to wins against Coast Guard, Mount Holyoke and Wesleyan (March 27), and against Simmons and Smith (March 28)…rowed in varsity eight which placed fifth at the Patriot League Championship (April 25) and the New England Championship (May 1), and won the petite finals at the ECAC National Invitational (May 9)…earned ECAC/NIRC Stewards’ All-Academic team accolades…member of the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2008-2009: Member of the novice eight...earned Patriot League Academic Honor Roll accolades.
Before Holy Cross: Three-year member of the varsity lacrosse team at Phillips Exeter Academy...senior captain...2007 and 2008 U.S. Lacrosse Academic All-American...won the Class of 1947 Robert W. Kesler Girl’s Lacrosse Award in 2008, as the lacrosse player who demonstrated in her daily performance and overall commitment the spirit and dedication for which Coach Kesler is remembered...also a two-year member of the varsity soccer team...member of the Cum Laude Society.
Personal: Daughter of Peter and Colie Broderick...has one brother (Tim) and one sister (Colden)...brother, Tim, rowed for Boston College...a Biology major.
