Women's Rowing Takes Two Of Three Races Versus UNH

WORCESTER, Mass. – The Holy Cross women's rowing team won two of three races versus New Hampshire on Lake Quinsigamond in the Crusaders' spring season opener. The Crusaders won the second varsity eight and the novice eight competitions.

The second varsity eight race was very close as the Crusaders won with a time of 7:08.3 just defeating New Hampshire's time of 7:08.7. Holy Cross won the novice eight race with a time of 7:40.7 as the Wildcats recorded a time of 7:50.1. New Hampshire won the varsity eight race with a time of 6:55.8 as the Crusaders finished with a time of 6:59.6.

The Crusaders return to action on Lake Quinsigamond on Sunday, April 3, versus Simmons at 9:00 a.m. Go here for the schedule and lane assignments.
