  • The Holy Cross women's lacrosse team, who is coming off a 1-1 week including a 10-9 double overtime win at Vermont on Feb. 28, will return to action when they play at UMBC on March. 6 at 4:00 p.m.

  • Junior Katie Gardner (Garden City, N.Y.) scored her first collegiate game-winning goal in the double overtime win over Vermont. She had three goals and one assist in the game. Her three goals tied her career best. She has recorded at least two points in each of the first four games. Her 1.50 assists per game are third in the Patriot League.

  • Junior Megan Fenton (Bridgewater, N.J.) had five goals and one assist for six points in the win over Vermont. This is the second time that she has scored five goals and had one assist this season as she also did it against Harvard. Her 3.25 goals per game are currently ranked first in the Patriot League and her 3.75 points per game are second.

  • Sophomore goalie Amy Martin (Bloomfield, Mich.) is first in the league in saves per game with 11.75.

  • Junior Ali Baird (Wilbraham, Mass.) and sophomore Meg O'Leary (Longmeadow, Mass.) have each had at least one point in all four games.

  • Holy Cross is second in the Patriot League in assists per game with 5.0.
