- The Holy Cross women's lacrosse team returns to action on Wednesday, April 2, when they take on No. 5 Boston College at Newton Lacrosse Field at 5:00 p.m. The Eagles are 8-3 overall and 1-3 in the ACC. Last year, the Crusaders lost to No. 20 Boston College by a 17-8 score in Worcester. The Crusaders will then travel to Lewisburg, Pa., for a Patriot League contest versus Bucknell on Saturday, April 5 at 1:00 p.m. The Bison are 1-10 overall and 1-4 in the Patriot League. Last season, the Crusaders lost to Bucknell, 10-9.
- The Crusaders' 11.00 caused turnovers per game lead the conference and are sixth nationally. The Crusaders' 19.08 ground balls per game are third in the league and 16th nationally.
- Junior Sophia Agostinelli (Framingham, Mass.) has 1.82 caused turnovers per game which are 21st nationally. Senior captain Sara Hennessey (Winchester, Mass.) is ranked ninth in the league with 2.10 goals per game. Junior captain Laura Ryan (Stirling, N.J.) and sophomore Kaitlin Concilio (Ridgewood, N.J.) are tied for eighth in the conference with 0.83 assists per game. Hennessey's 2.60 points per game are ninth in the league. Senior goalie Sarah Weber (Summit, N.J.) has 84 saves which are 17th nationally and second in the league, while her .442 save percentage is third in the league. Ryan is fourth in the league with 2.42 ground balls per game.
