Stephanie Ridolfi

WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross head women's lacrosse coach Stephanie Ridolfi has announced the 2013-2014 freshman class for the Crusaders. Natalie Colonna (Montgomery, N.J.), Hannah Dinardo (Weston, Mass.), Elizabeth Furman (Garden City, N.Y.), Avery Giorgio (Madison Conn.), Tess MacKay (Simsbury, Conn.), Mary Patalita (Alexandria, Va.), Lauren Raffensperger (Bethesda, Md.), Maddy Smith (Menands, N.Y.), Mary Kate Vanecko (Chicago, Ill.) and Maddie Ward (Norwell, Mass.) have joined the Holy Cross program in the 2013-2014 academic year.

"We are very excited to welcome 10 freshmen to our team and to campus.," said Ridolfi. "They are a large group and a very diverse group. These student-athletes all have the potential to bring something special to this team and this fall we will be giving them the opportunity to do so. They are aware of what it means to be on the lacrosse team and they want the team to be as successful as possible in their four years here. I expect us to utilize many of their talents this year and for them to really make the team faster, stronger and smarter."
