The Holy Cross women's golf team will compete at the Terrier Shootout at the Foxborough Country Club on Saturday, Oct. 18, at 9:00 a.m.
Sophomore Meghan Doherty (Westerly, R.I.) led the Crusaders at the Williams Fall Classic as she finished in 16th place with a two-round score of 164. Doherty has had the best score for Holy Cross in each of the first three tournaments. Her 81.7 average also leads the team. Doherty has led the Crusaders in seven of the 10 events that Holy Cross has competed in during her career.
Sophomore Johanna Gavin (Hackettstown, N.J.) had the second best score for the Crusaders last weekend with a 173 which was good enough for a 31st place finish, while freshman Ellie Deluca (New Canaan, Conn.) had a 181 for a tie for 40th.
