Women's Golf Places 10 On Presidential Honor Roll

WORCESTER, Mass. - Ten members of the Holy Cross women's golf team have been selected to the 2005-2006 Big South Conference Presidential Honor Roll, as announced by the league office. The Crusaders' 10 total selections to the team were the most from any school in the conference.

Holy Cross players named to the honor roll were freshman Paige Brown (Huntington, N.Y.), senior Meghan Costello (Copley, Ohio), sophomore Chelsea DuHaime (Concord, N.H.), junior Alexa Goldman (Dunwoody, Ga.), freshman Flynn Govern (Fairfield, Conn.), sophomore Ellen Lamson (South Royalton, Vt.), sophomore Amy Lussier (Milton, Mass.), senior Jessica Martin (Denver, Colo.), freshman Alicia Molt (Northbridge, Mass.) and junior Cynthia Sanossian (Scarsdale, N.Y.).

A total of 53 student-athletes from women's golf teams around the league earned spots on this year's Presidential Honor Roll. To be eligible for the Presidential Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a grade point average of 3.00 or better during the school year.
