Women's Golf Sends Four To Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross sent four players from the women's golf team to the 2013 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. with this being the first year for women's golf in the Patriot League, it was all four members first appearance on the honor roll. However, senior Kelly Reagan (Mendota Heights, Minn.) has previously earned three Big South Presidential Honor Roll awards prior to the team joining the Patriot League, marking this as her fourthacademic achievement for golf.
The other members of the team to make the list were freshmen Marisa Cameron (Garden City, N.Y.), Lydia Deneen (Hubbardston, Mass.) and Regan McCooey (Manhasset, N.Y.). Kelly Reagan led the way for the Crusaders this past spring with a team leading 3.69 grade point average.
The Crusaders had four of the 21 student-athletes named to the Academic Honor Roll from the Patriot League this past season. A student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade point average or higher while participating in a winter or spring sport in order to be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll.
