SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. – Senior Kelly Reagan (Mendota Heights, Minn.) finished in 30th place with a two-round total of 172 strokes, as the Holy Cross women's golf team placed 11th at the Mount Holyoke Invitational, held at the Orchards Golf Club. The Crusaders finished with a total of 714 strokes as a team, while Williams won the team title with 647 strokes. Elizabeth Monty of Amherst captured the individual crown with a total of 148 strokes.
Following Reagan, freshman Marisa Cameron (Garden City, N.Y.) and sophomore Morgan Powers (Glastonbury, Conn.) were the next best finishers for Holy Cross, tying for 36th place with 176 total strokes each. Freshman Lydia Deneen (Hubbardston, Mass.) followed in 66th place with 190 strokes, and freshman Regan McCooey (Manhasset, N.Y.) came in 83rd with 234 strokes.
The Crusaders return to action on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 13 and 14, when they take part in the Ann S. Batchelder Invitational at the Nehoiden Golf Club in Wellesley, Mass.
