- The Holy Cross women's golf team will conclude its fall season on Saturday-Sunday, Oct. 24-25, at the Stanley Golf Course in New Britain, Conn., at the Connecticut State Invitational.
- For the second consecutive time this season, junior co-captain Meghan Doherty (Westerly, R.I.) was the top Crusader performer as she tied for ninth at the Ann Batchelder Invitational in Wellesley, Mass., on Oct. 17. She finished with an 18-hole score of 86. Sophomore Ellie Deluca (New Canaan, Conn.) was second for Holy Cross, carding a 93. Junior co-captain Johanna Gavin (Hackettstown, N.J.) added a 95, while junior Kerrin O'Leary (Milton, Mass.) shot a 101 and freshman Kelly Reagan (Mendota Heights, Minn.) had a 104.
- Doherty leads the Crusaders in scoring this season with an 85.5 in six rounds, which includes the 18 holes she played with the men's team at the Nichols Invitational. Deluca has played well in five rounds this fall and is second on the team with an 87.6 average. Gavin is third with 89.4 strokes-per-round.
- Doherty has now been the top Crusader performer in 13 of 17 events in which she has participated in her career.
