Erin Singleton Named Patriot League Goalkeeper Of The Year

WORCESTER, Mass. - Senior goalkeeper Erin Singleton (Amesbury, Mass.) has been named the Patriot League Field Hockey Goalkeeper of the Year, receiving the honor for the third year in a row. For the third year straight year, Singleton was also named to the All-League First Team earlier in the week.
Starting in all 18 games this year, Singleton posted a 7-11 record and finished with a 3.12 goals against average and a .773 save percentage. She led the league in saves with 153 and save percentage. Singleton ranks third nationally with 8.5 saves per game and 12th with a .773 save percentage. Recording two shutouts this season, Singleton finished her career tied for sixth at Holy Cross in career saves with eight. Singleton is the only student-athlete in field hockey to receive the award multiple times.
Holy Cross finished its season at 7-11 and 2-3 in the Patriot League.
