Singleton Named Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week

WORCESTER, Mass. - Sophomore Erin Singleton (Amesbury, Mass.) has been named the Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week for the fifth-straight week after leading Holy Cross to its ninth-straight win and recording her fifth shutout of the year this week.

The sophomore goalie earned a 2-1 win over Dartmouth and blanked Patriot League opponent Lehigh, 4-0. Versus the Big Green she recorded two saves, while stopping all seven of the Mountain Hawks' attempts on goal. Her 1.01 goals against average and .806 save percentage rank first in the Patriot League.

Sara O'Coin (Worcester, Mass.) received Patriot League honorable mention for the week after tallying three points in the 4-0 win over Lehigh with a goal and an assist. O'Coin leads Holy Cross with 29 points (10 goals and nine assists).

The Crusaders have not lost a game since Sept. 10 making a new Holy Cross all-time season-high record with nine consecutive wins.

Holy Cross has its last regular-season Patriot League home game against Bucknell Saturday at 12:00 p.m. and will play their last regular-season home game verses Brown Wednesday, Nov. 25 at 4:00 p.m.
