WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross freshman forward/guard Amy Lepley (Norfolk, Mass.) has been named the Anaconda Patriot League Rookie of the Week for the second consecutive week and the third time this season after notching her first career double-double, producing 12 points and 10 rebounds against Lafayette on Saturday, Jan. 9. She led the Crusaders in points and rebounds for the first time this season as her 10 rebounds are a career and season best.
Lepley shot five-of-eight from the field and made both free throw attempts to lead Holy Cross in scoring against the Leopards, also adding two steals and a block. In the other game last week, a 80-71 non-conference victory against Rhode Island, Lepley went two-of-four from the field and made all four free throw attempts to finish with nine points.
