Holy Cross Cross Country Teams Run In Murrary Keatinge Invitational

ORONO, Maine - The Holy Cross men's and women's cross country teams ran in the Murray Keatinge Invitational on Saturday morning at the University of Maine. Senior Brad Mish (Hadley, Mass.) led the way for the Holy Cross men's team while senior Alexandra Swiatocha (Mahopac, N.Y.) finished first for the Holy Cross women's team.

Mish crossed the line for the Crusaders in 31st place with a time of 25:57. He was closely followed by junior teammates Timothy Richard (Attleboro, Mass. at 26:01 and Kyle Rougeot (Torrington, Conn.) at 26:02.

For the women, Swiatocha finished 27th with a time of 18:45. Crusader freshman, Paige Sutherland (Groveland, Mass.) finished 31st while junior teammate Sarah Croteau (Westminster, Mass.) edged out sophomore Jacqueline Imse (Simsbury, Conn.) at the finish line.

The Crusaders will return to action on Saturday, October 11, when they take part in the New England Championship in Boston, Mass.
