Schedule: 2009 season has concluded
- The Holy Cross men's cross country team wrapped up the 2009 season at the IC4A Championship in Bronx, N.Y. on Saturday, Nov. 21. The Crusaders finished 19th of 24 teams at the meet with Temple winning the team championship.
- At the IC4A Championship, sophomore Cory Loftis (Branford, Conn.) was the top Holy Cross performer for the fourth race of the season and third in a row. Loftis finished in 33rd place with a time of 26:46.6.
- Senior captain Tim Richard (Attleboro, Mass.) finished his career with three top team finishes in the 2009 season. Richard led the Crusaders with top finishes at the Blue Devil Invitational, Murray Keatinge Invitational and at the New England Championship. Richard was the top finisher in 10 races over his career at Holy Cross, leading the Crusaders four times as a freshman, once as a sophomore and twice as a junior.
- Last weekend, freshman Kyle Shepard (White Plains, N.Y.) led Holy Cross newcomers with a 70th place finish with a time of 27:31.4. Shepard was the top Holy Cross freshman in four races during the 2009 season. Freshmen Brian Treadway (Albany, N.Y.) and Dylan Leazes (Providence, R.I.) each led the freshman class in two races, while Kevin Turner (Charlton, Mass.) was the top performer in one race.
