Track & Field Travels To Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic

New Haven, Conn. - The men's and women's track and field team traveled to New Haven this weekend to compete in the Yale Intercollegiate Track Classic. Sophomore Olivia Pruszko (Monroe, Conn.) fared well finishing two events in the top 10 while senior Amanda Dupuis (East Sandwich, Mass.) also had two finishes in the top 10.
Pruskzo finished in the top 10 in both the high jump and 60m hurdle. With a height of 5-03 in the high jump she took fifth place. In the 60m she ran a 9.41 to finish eighth place. Dupuis took tenth in the high jump with a height of 5-01. She also finished ninth in the triple jump with a distance of 33-07.25. Junior Lauren Tallon (Lake Forest, Ill.) finished tenth in the 400m dash with a time of 1:00.71.
For the men freshman James Fletcher (Woburn, Mass.) would finish 31st in the men's 400m race with a time of 2:06.77.
The Crusaders compete again Saturday, January 19th in New Hampshire.
