Men's Track & Field Travels To Tiger Invitational

BOSTON, Mass. - The men's indoor track and field team traveled to the Tiger Invitational on Saturday, where the Crusaders earned three first place finishes. Junior Mike Galasso (Danvers, Mass.) took first with a time of 50.95 in the 400 meter dash and senior Tim Moczula (Edison, N.J.) took home another of the three first place finishes for the Crusaders in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.46.

Holy Cross took the top three spots in the one mile run with senior Sam McGrath (Tyngsboro, Mass.) leading the pack with a time of 4:21.06 followed by junior Trevor Dutton (Burlington, Mass.) with a time of 4:21.27. Sophomore Dennis Muldoon (Weymouth, Mass.) placed third (4:23.51) to complete the trifecta.  

Third place finishes by freshman Michael Andre in the 800 meter run and junior Sean Carey (Newburyport, Mass.) in the weight throw also helped propel the track and field team to a successful meet.

The men's indoor track and field team will return to action on Saturday, Jan. 11, at the Yale Invitational, hosted by Yale University.
