2013: Competed in the 55, 60, 100, 55 hurdles, 60 hurdles, 4x100 relay and pole vault…recorded season-best times in the 55 meter (6.50) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 8), 60 meter (7.31) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 17), 100 meter (11.30) at the Duke Invitational (April 6), 55 meter hurdles (9.35) at New Hampshire (Jan. 19), 60 meter hurdles (10.88) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 25) and a season-best height in the pole vault (4.55m) at the New England Outdoor Championship (May 11)…also a member of the 4x100 meter relay team that posted a team season-best time of 42.62 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 4).

Before Holy Cross: Member of the varsity track and field team at St. Joseph H.S. under coach Gary Trojanowski … team captain in 2011-2012 … won the Coach’s Award for 2011-2012 indoor season … earned second team All-Conference for indoor and outdoor in 2011-2012 … team won 2009 indoor state championship … holds indoor school records in the 55 and 200 … also played varsity football … team captain in 2011.
