Men's Track & Field To Travel To Duke Invitational And New Hampshire

Saturday, April 6 at New Hampshire, Durham, N.H., 11:00 a.m.
- The men's track and field team will split up this weekend with select members traveling to Durham, N.C. for the Duke Invitational on Friday and Saturday, April 5-6, and others traveling to Durham, N.H. for a meet with New Hampshire and Maine on Saturday, April 6.
- Last season, Crusaders traveled to three different meets on the first full weekend in April including the Tiger Classic in Auburn, Ala., the Wagner Invitational and at New Hampshire with Maine. Sophomore Drew McAward (Garden City, N.Y.) led the Crusaders with a second place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Wagner Invitational to lead Holy Cross at all three meets.
- Sophomore Brian Wheeler (Malden, Mass.) was one of three Crusaders to record career-best finishes at last weekend's meets. Wheeler threw the javelin 49.16 meters at the Snowflake Classic (3/30). Sophomore Vuong Tran (Worcester, Mass.) also set his career-best mark in the 100-meter dash (11.46 seconds) at the Snowflake Classic and junior Tim Moczula (Edison, N.J.) crossed the finish line in the 110-meter hurdles in a career-best 15.66 seconds.
