Men's Track & Field Completes Day One Of New England Indoor Championship

BOSTON, Mass. – Four members of the Holy Cross men's track and field team competed in day one of competition at the New England Indoor Championship on Friday, hosted by Boston University. Freshman Tim Dunn (Fords, N.J.) earned the top finish for the Crusaders, taking 15th with a height of 4.40 meters in the pole vault.

Sophomore Mike Galasso (Danvers, Mass.) finished the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.07, missing his season-best mark by .06 seconds. Juniors Tim Moczula (Edison, N.J.) and Paul Coulter (Lakeville, Mass.) crossed the finish line with times of 8.64 and 8.71, respectably, in the 60-meter hurdles. The distance medley relay team also took home an 18th place finish with a time of 10:31.24.

The second and final day of the New England Indoor Championship is set for tomorrow, Feb. 23, at 10:00 a.m.
