2012: Ran in the 400, 800, 1,000, 1,500, one-mile, 4x40 relay and 4x800 relay … posted season-best times in the 400 (51.15) at the second Holy Cross Invitational (April 24), 800 (1:53.46) at the first Holy Cross Invitational (April 21), 1,000 (3:35.52) at Maine (Feb. 4), 1,500 (4:02.89) at the UMass Invitational (April 14) and one-mile (4:37.92) at New Hampshire with Stonehill and Worcester State (Jan. 21) … also a member of the 4x400 relay team that set a season-best mark of 3:21.12 at the New England Outdoor Championship  and 4x800 relay team that set a season best time of 7:37.64 at the IC4A Indoor Championship (March 3).

Before Holy Cross: Three-year member of the varsity track and field team at Burlington High School in Burlington, Mass. ... two-time Middlesex League All-Star in both indoor and outdoor track ... won the team’s 2011 Dick Verzone 10th Player Award ... set indoor school records in the distance medley and 4x800m, and the outdoor record for the 4x1600m ...  won the indoor and outdoor state championship in the 4x800m ... was a national qualifier in indoor for the 800m, and for indoor and outdoor for the 4x800m ... also a three-year member and senior captain of the varsity soccer team ... won MIAA Sportsmanship Award in 2010 ... was a class representative and treasurer ... member of National Honor Society.
