Men's Tennis Drops Match To Connecticut, 7-0

Storrs, Conn. - The Holy Cross men's tennis team traveled to Storrs, Conn., yesterday to take on Connecticut in a non-conference match. The Crusaders were defeated 7-0, dropping to 1-5 overall (0-3 Patriot League).
Matt Wierzel (Garden City, N.Y.) put in a tough performance at No. 1 singles, but it was not enough as he fell to Joe Goldstein of Connecticut 6-2, 6-4.
The Crusaders return to action when they play host to Hartford on Thursday, April 17, at 3:30 p.m.
