Holy Cross Men's Tennis Falls To Lehigh, 7-0

WEST POINT, N.Y. - The Holy Cross men's tennis team fell to Lehigh, 7-0, on April 5 at Army. With the loss, the Crusaders fall to 3-12 (0-3 Patriot League), while Lehigh improves to 7-14 (2-3 Patriot League).

Lehigh won all three doubles matches to secure the doubles point. Lehigh then won all six singles matches in straight sets to earn the 7-0 win.

Sophomore Matt Wierzel (Garden City, N.Y.) fell to Troy List at No. 1 singles, 6-4, 6-2, while at No. 2 singles senior Angelo Sica (Chester, N.J.) fell to Collin Laffey, 6-2, 6-4.

The Crusaders return to action on April 7, when they play at Hartford at 3:00 p.m.
