Men's Tennis Defeated, 7-0, Against Lehigh To Wrap Up Weekend Action

WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Holy Cross men's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to Lehigh to wrap up the weekend's Patriot League play at the Lichtenberg Tennis Center. With the final tally, the Crusaders fall to a record of 2-12 (0-3 PL) on the overall season while the Mountain Hawks collect a record of 9-4 (1-0 PL).

The Crusaders were swept in all three doubles matches for the third match in a row. Freshman Ryan Sullivan (Medfield, Mass.) put up four games in his first set at No. 3 singles, but fell 6-4, 6-1 to Lehigh's Matt Savran. All five other Crusaders dropped straight set matches as well.

Holy Cross will travel to in-state competitor Boston University next. The Crusaders will face the Terriers on Wednesday, March 30 at the TTC Infield in Boston, Mass. Match time is set for 4:00 p.m.
